These are the terms of sale used by Warfactory in English version. They are here to help us (Warfactory) and you (our customer) in the process of international sale. To check our full terms of sale and terms of use of this site please refer to our original terms in Polish (as a Polish company we operate under the laws of this country) which you can find here. We are working on a full translation of this article for you – thank you for your understanding.

In all terms below, “we” means Warfactory (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” or “customer” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).

General Website Usage Policies

Usage of Warfactory and any dispute arising out of use or sales is subject to the laws of customer and seller agreed in European Union.
Content of warfactory is for your general information and use. It is subject to change without notice. Any inaccuracies in placed order will always be explained before shopping of product. In case of problems, wrongly posted information, computer/Web mistakes, mistaken pricing warfactory will contact you. If our company and You as customer cannot come to agreement we will refund any money transferred with placing the order and cancel the trade.

The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable).

Shipping

Shipping is made with courier services which may deliver using their contractors in your country. For shipping costs check “shipping” page on the checkout page. For countries not listed there please contact us on our email kontakt@warfactory.pl so we can get you an estimate with international post and courier services. Orders placed outside of EU may bare taxes/customs for which warfactory is not responsible.

Return Policy for Warfactory

If you are not satisfied with the products you bought at our store, you can return them and get a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

The items must be unopened, and in the state you received them. With undamaged packaging of the producer.

The cost of return shipment is covered by the buyer. Also note that the refund will be made after the items are delivered back to our warehouse and our staff confirms the return is made according to our rules. The time it takes for the return to reach warfactory depends were are you located and may take up to 30 days.

If the product is defective or the return is an effect of our mistake warfactory covers shipping cost up to 30 euro.

Customer warranties

Customer must legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and has full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;

Customer needs to be at least 18 of age and accept the product when it’s shipped according to cho-sen way.

Customer provides accurate and detailed personal data as required to properly finish the sale. This includes address details.
